1959 Galaxie Sunliner convertible: Known to Aussies as the barge Fairlane but this one is the extremely rare full convertible version, NOT a retractable. I think the proper convertible is a better looking, better balanced car. Original Samon Pink car with red & white interior, the car does need a full but fairly easy restoration but has a very clean rust free body....that paint is faded original. The car was a 352 & auto, presently has no engine or trans but I just purchased a 100% complete & decent running 352 engine & automatic for the car which is included with the deal. Power top car & power steering as well. Check out the clean cabin & trunk floors, hard to find metal that good in any car this age, let alone a convertible. The only one of these I have ever had. ID#B9RC122613. Here right now & it is just as clean in the flesh as I was told it was. I've reduced the price, a bit reluctantly as this is a really god car to restore as well as a damn rare car. Buy it for $14,500 including the good running 352 & auto I purchased for it.
