This Hornet Special has a 1932 6 cyl., 1271 cc, 57x83 mm 45 hp engine with twin SU Carburetters, 4 speed gearbox, and Magna wire wheels. The brakes are 12 inch Lockheed. This car is well known on the Hornet Special register, and was previously owned and partly restored by Richard Snedden. The resto has now been completed and has retained the original features, and the driver seating and leg room extended for comfort. It is fitted with the original Lucas tilting reflector headlights, but the larger twin beam lights are included. It retains the original aircraft style side valences, external handbrake and cycle guards. It is only being sold due to the ill health of the owner.
