1938 austin 7 4 sp manual 2d convertible
Seller's Description
Just arrived - This Austin Seven is sure to turn heads wherever it goes. These Austins are such a beautiful and unique piece of history, produced from 1922 to 1939. It was one of the most popular cars ever produced for the British market, and it continues to win over people's hearts to this day. This Austin 7 is an Australian-delivered vehicle, purchased new at All-British Motor House in Adelaide. It is equipped with its original 747cc 4-cylinder motor and a 4-speed manual transmission. The motor was overhauled at some point in the car's life, including reboring, recutting, and cleaning. The carburettor and fuel pump were also overhauled in this process, along with the fitting of a water pump. Finished in British Racing Green with a convertible roof and a matching green interior, this is an older restoration that still presents tidily. The Austin 7 comes with a small file which shows work done to the car over the years and includes the original sales document. These Austin 7s are becoming rarer and more desirable, renowned for their mechanical simplicity. Ideal for those seeking a simple, classic design, this Austin 7 is a wonderful option with a lovely history.
