She began as a primed shell, a seized engine and more hidden rust than the pictures revealed. An impulsive purchase in June 2011 initiated a frustrating but joyous two-year restoration to bring her back to her former glory. This car has been such a pleasure to own that I have put off selling her for the past twelve months. Despite my reluctance, I will be heading to Europe in January and won’t get the chance to spend the necessary time and care she deserves.
