This happy little Saab has been looked after very well since its first owner had it serviced by Nordic Motors in Coffs Harbour. He brought it to Canberra in 1985 where it was serviced by Esquire Saab. Since I bought it in 1993 it has been serviced by Saab specialists De Jong Motors and Latin Motors. It was converted to unleaded over 10 years ago and has been run on high octane fuel ever since. It has 325k on the clock. Most of that was done in its early years (by the end of 1986 it had done 105k). Nowadays It does about 3000k/year poking around Canberra. It loves cruising nimbly around Canberra’s roundabouts and positively purrs at around 120k/hr on a motorway. In recent years I have invested in getting it into v good nick, including a respray, dashboard restore, new water pump and radiator, head shave, new fuel lines, electrical system refresh and other maintenance and improvements. After 30 years its time I passed it on to someone who can enjoy it and look after it into the future. I’m offering it with an extensive package of parts including four doors (same colour), 2 pairs of bumpers, light lenses, carpets, a passenger seat, full gasket kit, brake drums and pads, heater fan tow bar etc and a detailed manual (see photos).
