Just arrived - This 1971 Chrysler VH Valiant Pacer is a rare and lovely example. Built on the 26th of May, 1971, this Valiant was sold new at Hawkesbury Chrysler in Windsor, NSW. The Valiant InfoBase confirms that this VH is one of just 1631 original 4-door VH Pacers, powered by a 4.3L (265ci) 6-cylinder motor and a 3-speed manual transmission. While it is no longer a matching numbers car, it is still running a correct specification Premium Performance 265ci motor. This Pacer was ordered with the 'A65' Hood dress up package, 'A95' interior dress up package including reclining bucket seats, carpets and a 3-spoke steering wheel, and a 'Z98' 3-spoke steering wheel delete option. It has received an older restoration, including a respray in its original Vitamin C with the black Pacer striped styling. The Satin Black interior has had some attention too, and is in very tidy condition. Despite being an older restoration, the Pacer presents very nicely and is sure to get attention wherever it goes.
