Following on from the elegant 2 door Bentley Continental R, Bentley Motors created an even rarer car, the Continental T.
The performance changed significantly, with a shorter wheelbase and wider stance, especially noticeable in the muscular rear guards.
Compared to the 'R', the Continental T boasts upgraded steering, suspension and braking, with engine power taken to 400hp (an increase of 75hp) and 875Nm of Torque, from the 6.75L V8 with Garrett turbocharger.
Only 2 Bentley Continental T were built in 1996, and this is one of those. (Build Sept 1996). It was delivered new to an eminent owner by Your Motors in Sydney and rarely used for many years.
The colour is a Deep Green Metallic (Sherwood) and the full leather trim is 2-tone Light Tan and Tobacco, with the dash top and other highlights matching the paintwork. All of the leather is in superb condition, displaying the depth of quality of materials used in this special model.
In total, over 7 years of manufacture, just 104 RHD Continental T were manufactured, of which only a handful came to Australia.
