5th Anniversary FPV GT

To celebrate, FPV revealed a special commemorative model. The $71,890 fifth anniversary FPV GT V8 gets $9,800 worth of more gear than the standard GT. Just 200 of the special models will be made, and are expected to be snapped up quickly. The fifth anniversary GT V8 joins a fine collection of limited edition FPVs, which include the 40th anniversary GT and Cobra. The FPV GT was first launched in 2003 and marked the beginning of a new era in performance motoring, bringing with it fond memories in 1967 when the XR GT won the foreboding Bathurst 1000. "When we first launched FPV the brand revolved around the iconic status of the GT, now FPV has grown in only five short years to include two families - the GT and the F6, available in sedan, Ute and SUV models," said FPV General Manager, Rod Barrett.
