Geelong Revival event to bring back the Speed Trials!

The media launch for the Just Cars Geelong Revival was held on March 22 at the Cunningham Pier location that will also play host to the Revival's Concours d'Elegance this December 1 & 2. Present at the launch were the main movers and shakers behind the return of motorsport to the Geelong region, as well as past competitors and a very tasty brace of classic machines that will be taking part in the event - a Maserati Tipo 61 'birdcage' sportscar and BSA Gold Star motorcycle.

While the Just Cars Geelong Revival will mark a welcome return of the Speed Trial sprints, the December event promises a whole lot more. A pre-event tour, Concours d'Elegance, displays, exhibits, live music, market stalls, entertainment, gala dinner and more will make the event a true motoring and motorsport festival. The Just Cars Geelong Revival 2012 will comprise a 'Revival Tour' on November 29 & 30, followed by two days of sprints, concour displays and more on December 1 & 2.
