GreazeFest Brisbane - this weekend!
In its 16th year, GreazeFest Brisbane will highlight the key elements of Kustom Kulture with live rockabilly bands, DJs, market stalls, artist displays, fashion parades, pin up parades, tiki carving, pinstripers, workshops, tiki bar, auto traders, food stalls, a skateboard art competition and what's tipped to be the most dazzling array of hot rods ever seen in one place.
More than 500 cars are expected to be displayed in Brisbane on August 1 and 2 at Rocklea Showground and in Melbourne the following weekend on August 8 and 9 at Sandown Racecourse.
Entering the Hot Rod Show is free when purchasing a ticket to GreazeFest and registration of vehicles with a special Show Entrant ticket ensures going in the running for a GreazeFest trophy.
The distinctive GreazeFest trophies are hand-made, customised stainless steel crowns and are much desired within the hot rod community.
Trophy Presentation for winning cars will be held at 3.30 pm on Sunday, August 2.
