HSV VXR Turbo Hatch

Under the bonnet is a 2.0i 16v ECOTEC 4 turbo engine that delivers 177kW at 5600 rpm. Drive is to the front wheels, through a six-speed manual box. Its suspension is designed for sports performance and is equipped with a package that includes MacPherson strut front suspension and a torsion beam rear axle, an IDS chassis control system featured electronic stability control, traction control, ABS and brake assist. Firmer springs and shock absorbers rates complement the chassis control system to reduce body roll.
