JUST CARS & COFFEE Brisbane gets an international flavour

One-make car shows, like those devoted solely to Fords, Holdens, Chevys and the like, have their merits, but if you want some variety, JUST CARS & COFFEE Brisbane is the show to go to. Held on the last Saturday of the month at Café Elle in Geebung, these morning meets always produce something that appeals, no matter what your automotive tastes are.

Where else could you see a group of Porsche 356s in the same space as a trio of Morgan roadsters, with a Maserati Merak, Toyota Sera, Meyers Manx and pre-war Dodge tourer close by?!

The most recent edition of JUST CARS & COFFEE, on 30 August, saw a bunch of new arrivals that virtually covered the gamut of automotive production, not just chronologically, but also globally, with Aussie cars sharing space with those from Japan, Germany, the US, UK and Italy.

EURO CALL

While the number of European cars at the August meet was strong, with the aforementioned early Porsches a highlight, we’d like to see more.

If you’ve got an early or late model European car, bring it along to JUST CARS & COFFEE. Be it a BMW, Audi, Alfa, Volvo, Fiat, Skoda, VW or something more exotic from Europe, like a Ferrari, Lamborghini or Porsche, bring it to Geebung, spend some time with fellow car enthusiasts and grab yourself a quality brew from Café Elle.
