Mustang Motorsport's Roush Mustang packages

 

While Mustang Motorsport has supplied complete, converted cars in the past, the arrival of the EcoBoost and V8-powered Gen 6 Mustang has seen a shift towards the performance parts and modification area.

 

"We will be a channel for customers in Australia to upgrade their new 2015 mustangs with the most desired parts from USA including Shelby, Roush and Steeda, along with many other top quality American brands," explained Mustang Motorsport's James Johnson. "All this will be available through our online store Australia wide."

 

The Shelbys that Mustang Motorsport have been famous for will now be upgraded from the base Aussie-delivered RHD cars.

 

"We supply genuine Shelby upgrades from Shelby American in Las Vegas," James said. "We are the official Australian Shelby mod shop, so we can genuinely upgrade customer's Mustangs to Shelby specifications. Every Shelby upgraded Mustang receives a unique build number and goes into the Shelby registry."

 

Not everyone wants a Shelby, though, so Mustang Motorsport have a range of Roush-spec upgrade parts to suit the new Mustang, too, which deliver a whole new look.

 

More than 40 different Roush appearance and performance parts are available, a number of which can be combined into packages to suit both the EcoBoost and GT V8 Mustang.

 

The starter 'MM-SR7' package for the V8 and EcoBoost four includes a full Roush R7 body kit with Roush wheels and premium paint. Fitted by the experts at Mustang Motorsport, this package lists for only $13,429. Choose the 'MM-R350T' package (for the EcoBoost only) and you get the SR7 gear with suspension and exhaust/intake upgrades for $20,532.

 

For Mustang GT owners who want the Roush look, the 'MM-440' package is the way to go. This is the V8 equivalent of the R350T, with all the bodykit modifications, plus suspension and exhaust/intake upgrades. Fitted, this package is only $20,971.

 

The Roush-upgraded 2015 Mustang featured on the cover is currently sitting on $19,935 worth of options (fitted), which includes:

-Roush front fascia

-Roush rear quarter side scoop

-Roush rear valance

-Roush rear spoiler

-Roush Phase 1 627hp Supercharger kit

 

When completed, this will be the 'MM-R627' kit, what Mustang Motorsport call the ultimate Roush-based Mustang. With top-of-the-line suspension and braking upgrades, plus the benefits of supercharged power, the R627 delivers 522kW (627hp) - that's a power hike of around 200kW compared to the factory-spec V8 Mustang! With all components professionally fitted, this package lists for $38,904 and is exclusive to the GT Mustang V8.
