Oddities and rarities for Shannons Sydney Spring Auction

Included in the consignments for Monday's auction are:

- A 1958 Messerschmitt KR200 3-wheeler microcar that has recently been cosmetically and mechanically refreshed

- A lovely, believed three-owner 1956 'oval window' VW Beetle sedan fresh from a recent body and engine restoration

- A rare 1978 Lotus Super Seven MkIV Clubman fitted with a Big Valve Lotus Ford Twin Cam engine

- A 'no reserve' 1925 Willys Overland Delivery Van that would be ideal as a promotional vehicle.
Amongst the automobilia lots, the standout is the NSW black and white number plate '51', which is expected to sell in the $200,000-$240,000 range.

Shannons Sydney Spring Classic Auction will take place at Shannons' Sydney showroom, 65 Reserve Road, St.Leonards, on Monday, October 21, from 7:00pm.
