Rare 'stangs on offer through Mustang Motorsport
Included are GT350 and GTS models, 50th Anniversary specials, plus a pair of super-rare Shelby concepts that are guaranteed to become future collector's items.
The cars available at time of posting include three 2012 model Shelby GT350 convertibles, one 2012 Shelby 50th Anniversary GT350 in black and gold, one 2012 model Shelby 50th Anniversary Super Snake, also in black and gold, plus a 2011 Shelby GTS V6 auto in Ingot Silver with Shelby wheels and brake upgrade.
The two concepts are: a 2010 Shelby GT500 Super Snake concept with 2011 model Super Snake colours; and a very collectable Shelby 1000 concept that was the first example of this 1000hp model built and the only Shelby 1000 to use a 2011 chassis.
Mustang Motorsport's Craig Dean advised JUST CARS that while there has been some interest in some of these Shelbys, and specifically in the 1000 concept, no money has changed hands yet, so there's still an opportunity to get your piece of Shelby performance.
Mustang Motorsport can import and convert all these vehicles for buyers.
With the 50th Anniversary of the Mustang coming up in 2014, interest in all Shelbys is sure to rise, and especially in rare and one-off Shelby Mustangs like these.
Mustang Motorsport are the only Australian company where all conversions and modifications are officially recognised by Shelby American.
