Rob Roy to celebrate 25 MG years this November
The '25th Anniversary Historic and Classic Hillclimb', scheduled for 20 November, will also serve as the third and final round of this year's Triple Cup Challenge and is expected to attract a bumper field.
The MG Car Club were pivotal in the resurrection of the venue and restarting hillclimb competition at Rob Roy, supported by the wider motorsport community, including the Victorian Historic Racing Register and the Vintage Sports Car Club, who host the first and second rounds of the Triple Cup Challenge at the Victorian venue.
The Historic & Classic meeting is the largest annual event conducted by the MG Car Club, with the organisers gearing up to make this November's anniversary event a not-to-be-missed spectacle for hillclimb enthusiasts.
The Historic & Classic will see up to 100 makes and models in action, including Austin 7s, flathead Ford V8s, Oldsmobiles, Renaults, Rileys, MGs, Vauxhalls, Bugattis, Elfins, Jaguars and many more.
Get to the Event
Entry to the 20 November event is just $10 per person or $15 per car, with free entry for children. Full catering will be provided on site by the Panton Hill CFA.
Competition will commence from 9:00AM, with trophy presentation at approx. 4:00PM.
Rob Roy is located in Clintons Road, Christmas Hills.
