Round Eight of the 2009 Shannons Nationals

The event will be the final chapter in a 40-year history of national racing at the Camden circuit, with seven Shannons Nationals categories ready to provide a fitting farewell over two days. As always at the popular Sydney circuit, there'll be plenty of great entertainment and viewing opportunities around the track. The Formula 3 Australian Drivers Championship features tomorrow's stars doing battle in Australia's fastest race cars. One of the most popular classes in the land, Aussie Racing Cars put on thrilling, side-by-side racing throughout grids regularly exceeding 30 cars. Drivers in the Shannons V8 Touring Car Series will give their ex-V8 Supercars one last blast around the challenging 2.62km Oran Park layout.

There'll be on-track action all day on the 29th and 30th of August. Tickets are great value at just $10 on Saturday and $25 on Sunday, or $30 for a weekend pass, while kids 10 and under are free all weekend.
