Springnats, Shepparton, VIC November 27-29

...and continues to attract an average of over 800 entrants and 50,000 people to Shepparton, Victoria for a weekend's worth of displays and competitive events Street Rods, Kustoms and Street Machines with an emphasis on performance are welcomed and catered for.

At Springnats, enthusiasts get the opportunity to display their skills and vehicles against other enthusiasts in a safe, controlled and friendly environment. Shepparton's Showgrounds offers an ideal location for the event with its unique, ready-made roadways suited to driving events, as well as display areas set on beautiful landscaped surrounds. A new addition this year is a 200 x 50 metre expanse of freshly-laid tarmac, created especially for the Springnats, where all the burnouts, go to whoa and other driving events will be held.

Springnats is all about admiring the best cars in the land and spending quality time with family and friends, whilst witnessing some of the most powerful cars compete side by side in events such as Go To Whoa, Motorkana, Show N Shine, Dyno Challenge, Cruise Track and the fiercely competitive Burnout Title. All our events are alcohol free and thus promoting a true family atmosphere.
-Go-To-Whoa - fast paced action where timed vehicles compete over 140 metres and must stop on a designated point.
-Motorkana - fast paced obstacle course action, set against the clock;
-Show 'N' Shine - competitors show their restoration expertise and the beauty of their cars.
-Dyno Challenge - see cars go through their gears in a stationary position on the dyno machine.

There will also be the ever-popular Burnouts, Supercruise, Trade Displays and More. The event has a true family atmosphere, where spectators are able to enjoy the enthusiasm and excitement of a motor vehicle event in a friendly, alcohol-free environment. This has been evidenced by the large numbers of families attending in recent years.
