Subaru BRZ Concept-STI to debut in LA

Made by Fuji Heavy Industries Ltd (FHI), the manufacturer of Subaru cars, the concept is based on the Subaru BRZ, an all-new rear-wheel drive compact sports car, which is due to be unveiled in production form at Tokyo Motor Show at the end of the month.

Featuring Subaru's core technology of the horizontally-opposed Boxer engine, the model has a low centre of gravity that results in a "pure handling delight," according to FHI.

STI (Subaru Tecnica International) is Subaru's performance division.

L.A. Auto Show will be open to the public from November 18 to 27.
