VACC "Cars of the Future" Competition 2009
VACC House was inundated with models, designs and essays before the deadline closed. "We are very pleased by the response and by the high standard of the entries. The innovative concepts, crafting and designs submitted are truly amazing," VACC General Manager, Communications and Marketing, Tim O'Brien said. "All shortlisted entries will be displayed at the 2009 Melbourne Motor Show. This provides a great opportunity for the students to showcase their talents before the public and manufacturers. "Last year, as with the previous year, the winning tertiary students found employment with Holden and Ford," Mr O'Brien said.
