This Short Deck DeVille was purchased in June 1961 by its first owner in Stockton, California, USA. The vehicle remained with the original owner until their passing, after which the family inherited it and held onto it until 2014. In July 2014, the DeVille was purchased and brought to Australia, where it stayed with its Australian owner for 8 years before being sold again in 2022. A significant collection of paperwork and invoices has been retained with the car, dating back to the original registration application in 1961.
This well-presented and maintained example is finished in Olympic white over a white leatherette and black cloth-trimmed cabin. The interior features a two-tone black and white steering wheel and lashings of chrome trim.
