This 1928 Reo Flying Cloud Sport Roadster is a rare and beautiful creation. This is an original RHD Australian-delivered vehicle, arriving as a CKD and assembled in Sydney. What started as a barn find has since been entirely transformed with a complete restoration in 2024. Driven by a 266ci 6-cylinder and a 4-speed manual transmission, this Reo has had thousands spent to turn it into the car you see today. The motor was completely rebuilt, including new pistons, heavy inserts, stainless steel valves and valve guides, all new white aircraft crank bearings, a new Stromberg twin draft carburettor, and the camshaft has been reground. The inlet and exhaust manifolds have been ceramic coated, and it has been upgraded with a new 4-core radiator. The Reo was fit with a new clutch plate and pressure plate, as well as new bearings throughout the gearbox and differential, all new wiring, brakes refreshed, and so much more. The Reo was stripped right back and repainted, with a completely new interior and powder-coated wheels, and now it presents beautifully.
