Regrettably selling my 1927 Whippet Model 96 Tourer. This is a completely original barn find that came from western NSW. I am the third owner of the car. The motor is a runner, the car is 100% complete and it would not take very much work to get this back on the road and driving around. The body is good and solid with no rust, and the original paint is actually not bad. The guards have had a few knocks over the years but are not rusty. The seats and interior are all original. The front seat has come unstitched, but is repairable. it comes with the original hood. Beautiful original wooden steering wheel wrapped in leather, nice original gauges. Has the original Overland headlights with embossed glass. The radiator is in good condition for its age and appears to hold water. Has the original badge and radiator cap. The hood bows are in good condition, however the material and side curtains would need some work. Wheels are in great original condition with no rot or damage. Tyres hold air but wouldn't be useable on the road. Overall this car is in remarkable condition for a 92 year old car and is too good to restore. Unfortunately I simply don't have the time and too many other projects. Located on the NSW Central Coast
