Seller's Description
1951 Chevrolet Pickup 3100 - Imported from USA Advance-Design was a light and medium duty truck series by Chevrolet, their first major redesign after WWII. It was billed as a larger, stronger, and sleeker design in comparison to the earlier AK Series. First available on Saturday, June 28, 1947, these trucks were sold with various minor changes over the years until March 25, 1955. These trucks were designed with comfort and style in mind. The trucks added much more comfort for the driver and rider than previous designs and were built to be rugged and durable which is why so many have lasted all these years. The Chevy division was the number one truck manufacturer during all of the Advanced Design years. This 1951 Chevrolet 3100 pickup was the creation of a multi-year build completed in 2002. From the chopped roof, performance-built motor, black pearl exterior paint and full custom interior package this pickup is far from the truck that left the assembly line in Detroit.
