This 1961 Chevrolet Bel Air Sedan was a Father/Son build and since it was completed it has travelled less than 1000 klms. This Bel Air was manufactured right hand drive in Canada and was sold into New Zealand from new. This rare vehicle has undergone a frame off, bare metal rotisserie restoration with the vehicle being painted in Bower Bird Black. Powered by a nicely detailed 409 Stroker Chev engine with Edelbrock alloy heads, electronic ignition and twin carbs this driveline is bullet proof with a tricked up Turbo 400 and Truetrac nine inch diff. Wilwood four wheel disc brakes. The chassis is painted in Silver Fox two pack with many components in accent colours. All rubber seals replaced. New front and rear screens. Centreline Convo Pro wheels with 275/60R15 rears and 215/65R15 fronts. Electric fuel pump with adjustable regulator and braided fuel rails. Totally retrimmed in leather. Factory radio modified to bluetooth functionality.
