A very straight body with great chrome and trim. Rolling on near new tyres with excellent tread on original wheels with hubcaps. Fitted with a towbar and rear roof rack so would look great with a period caravan in tow.
The interior is neat and tidy with red vinyl with no tears and the door cards are in good condition as is the roof lining and dash.
This is a rare wagon and interesting alternative to a Ford or Holden of the same era. Sold with ownerâs manual, service manual and advertising leaflets. A lot of car for the money presented in unrestored condition with original trim and paint .
Rambler an American auto manufacturer from 1958 to 1969 but they were also assembled by Australian Motor Industries (AMI) from Partial Knock Down (PKD) kits. The Australian-assembled versions were identical in appearance to the U.S. models with just upholstery and amber rear turn signal lights to comply with safety standards in Australia. Built as a right hand drive they offer American style without the hassles associated with a left-hand drive import.
