I am selling a 1965 S Type Jaguar. The car is a 3.8 litre in Golden Sand which is partially restored. The engine was built by a renowned Jaguar mechanic to fast road specifications. Larger valves, ported head, cams ground to Coombs specs, 9-1 pistons, 2" carbies, fully balanced, electronic ignition, E Type free flow exhaust. It is mated to a close-ratio Toyota Supra 5-speed gearbox. All bodywork repairs, brakes, etc. has been done, it has a high torque starter motor. Interior trim has been finished. Needs electrics, rubbers and some reassembly. It comes with some spare doors, chrome window surrounds, its original glass etc. It has been fitted with a pair of XJ 40 powered front seats and it comes with the matching rear seat. They are in excellent condition as is the hood lining and new sun visors and furflex has been fitted. The wood has been restored.
