Seller's Description
This 1965 Pontiac Parisienne was a One Owner, all factory original vehicle assembled in the Holden plant in Victoria prior to the current owner acquiring it for a project car. It could use a new paint job and a refresh of the interior but mechanically a lot of the work has been done and it drives well. It has had new brake lines, fuel lines and fuel hoses fitted. The engine is a 327 cu. in. (5.4L) V8 with 4-barrel carb, producing around 230 hp. The carburettor has been rebuilt. Reconditioned fuel tank, brakes all sorted with the front and rear brake wheel cylinders reconditioned and all the electrics have been sorted. This Pontiac was the most expensive car that GMH dealers sold in 1965 selling at a price that would buy three HD Holden Special sedans. The GMH offered accessory Air Chief press button radio works. Currently on Qld Club registration. A safety certificate will be provided when sold. Powerglide automatic two speed transmission, independent front suspension and a comfortable ride with features like power brakes and a deluxe interior with heater-demister and deep-pile carpet.
