PREVIEW – 2026 Midstate Mopars
For Chrysler owners and aficionados, the King’s Birthday long weekend means just one thing - Midstate Mopars! This year’s edition of the all-Mopar show in Bendigo is not too far away, with the event locked in for Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 June.

Presented by the Central Victorian Chrysler Club, Midstate Mopars showcases all Chrysler vehicles made in Australia, the US and Europe, plus marques from the broader Chrysler family, like Plymouth, Dodge, Imperial and DeSoto. Mopar light commercial vehicles and RAM pickups are also welcome. The event also embraces marques with a Mopar connection, like AMC/Rambler, Simca and cars from the Rootes Group, as well as Chryslers based on Japanese models.
Supported and Supporting
The second-largest gathering of Chrysler vehicles in the Southern Hemisphere, Midstate Mopars draws passionate enthusiasts from all over Australia. The two-day event is supported by national, state and local businesses, as well as the Bendigo community. Midstate Mopars also gives back to that community, with funds raised from the event donated to organisations in the region.

Building Muscle
For the 19th edition of Midstate Mopars, the theme is muscle cars, so if you have a Charger (Dodge or Valiant), Barracuda, Challenger, GTX, Road Runner, Demon, Pacer or 300C, sign up for the Saturday cruise or enter the Sunday Show ‘n’ Shine. Same goes for standard Mopars that have been transformed into performance machines – the more muscle, the better!

Saturday Cruise – 6 June
This year’s Midstate Mopars cruise will depart from the Lake Weeroona Rowing Club at 1:00PM for a 40-minute (approx.) run to ‘Autoplex Castlemaine’. Only open to car clubs and organised groups, Autoplex is a place to learn, admire and celebrate the region’s specialist automotive industry.
Upon return to Bendigo, cruise entrants are invited to the All Seasons Bendigo for dinner, a raffle and Mopar-themed trivia night, with prizes donated by local businesses.

Sunday Show ‘n’ Shine – 7 June
Sunday’s Show ‘n Shine takes over multiple streets around Bendigo’s Town Hall, with more than 300 Mopar cars, utes and commercial vehicles expected.
Entry to the Show ‘n’ Shine is $35 per vehicle (pre-pay or pay on the day), with a goodie bag for the first 250 entrants. Spectator entry is FREE.
The Show ‘n’ Shine opens for vehicles at 8:00AM, with sponsor-based judging from 10:00AM and trophy presentations at 2:00PM. Judging covers multiple categories for US, Aussie and Euro/Japanese Chryslers – Q/R/S Series, Charger, AP5/6, Galant/Sigma, B Body, E Body, etc. Other categories include pre-1948, commercial, wagon, competition car, unrestored/survivor, councillor’s choice and more.

Swap Meet and Merch
In the same precinct as the Show ‘n’ Shine, a Swap Meet will present all manner of spare parts, Mopar-themed collectables, memorabilia and decorations for the man cave.
Local food vendors and coffee vans will be on site, with other food options nearby in the Bendigo CBD.
Event merchandise will be available at the Show ‘n’ Shine, and make sure you purchase a raffle ticket for a chance to win prizes donated by local businesses.
