1967 land rover series iia manual wagon
Seller's Description
The Series IIA is one of Land Rover’s most iconic model!
The 1967 version sits fairly deep in the run, so it includes some incremental improvements over earlier units.
These are brutal workhorses. Mechanical simplicity means easier to fix in the field.
Today, it’s very much a “classic” with great presence. The look, the feel, the sensory experience (noise, smell, vibration) have a charm many modern vehicles lack.
The IIA did very well globally; production numbers were high, and in many markets, like New Zealand, the Land Rover became a standard 4×4 for farms, remote areas, etc. That means parts, knowledge, and community are broadly available here.
A piece of motoring heritage. If you enjoy hands‑on mechanical work, vintage vehicles, and value character over comfort, it’s a fantastic machine and if properly cared for, it can be a very satisfying classic.
