1967 Mustang Coupe, one owner for three generations, with 71000 original miles. The vehicle came standard with black vinyl roof, full length interior console, deluxe indicator bonnet and deluxe steering wheel. The vehicle also came with factory front-end disc brakes and power steering. It is also fitted with factory air-condition though it's not working at the moment. The car retain its original 289 V8 engine with a C4 automatic transmission. It is still original left hand configuration, which now can be registered in Australia. The interior upholstery has been completely replaced, the body has undergone extensive restoration. The engine was removed, garnet blasted along with the engine bay, detailed and re-assembled. Although the car was rust free, items such as rubbers & bushes (which were all original from new) had to be replaced due to cracking and perishing. The car's panels were straightened before being taken back to bare metal and re-sprayed in 2pac paint. The colour is the original bix of Wimbledon White. Although too numerous to list, many parts have been replaced - badges, door/boot/engine weather seals, white wall tyres, re-chromed original bumpers & trim to name but a few. The vehicle is un-registered at the moment but will be sold with an RWC. Any mustang enthusiast will know how increasingly difficult it is to find original, un-molested cars of this vintage. Over 100 photo's detailing all of the work the vehicle has undergone(available on inspection) and as a result, it is safe to say with confidence that the car being offered is an honest one. It retains all of its factory specifications, looks lovely on the road, is completely un-modified and should bring much joy to anyone looking to own a classic Mustang.
