I bought this car in 2022, was completely disappointed in the previous owners attempts at working on a car like this, and so have given it a recent full mechanical rebuild, that i completed in December 2025 and with wait times at trimmers, machine shops, transmission build etc it took 2 years to get everything done , it has done about 250 kilometres since putting it together, every single component of the driveline, brakes, suspension is brand new or rebuilt. Freshly built 600hp 355 ci stroker engine, 12.2:1 comp, custom grind solid roller, CNC ported dash 3's, Torque Power single plane high rise, Brawler 850, MSD pro billet and 6AL Digital. Aluminium radiator with Maradyne 16" fan, 140A alternator, Also has a Hercules Chrysler big block oil pump Conversion.
Boot mounted cell with Aeromotive pump, -8 braided lines and AN fittings throughout entire system.
Newly built manualised trimatic , custom built Red Diamond 4500 stall, front mounted PWR cooler plumbed with braided lines and AN fittings, rebuilt 10 bolt LSD with a 4.4:1 gearset. Interior is very neat, has new headliner, new carpet, new custom door trims, Sparco Sprint buckets, new seat belts, has a ratchet shifter neatly mounted under factory console, mechanical oil/temp gauges etc, . I fitted a brand new rear screen, and new screen rubbers front and rear.
Has brand new VT front calipers, and rebuilt VN rears fitted, with dimple/slotted rotors and new master cylinder.
15X8" and 17 X4.5" OS Formula Drags with new 245/60 AR1 semi slicks on the rear.
The car was painted back around 20 years ago, it presents okay, but is definitely showing some age, and is no show car but the body is very solid. this thing is a wicked weekend toy, it is extremely fast, i have not run it on the track since putting it together but it is a definite mid/low 10 second deal.
