It is a real pleasure to drive, and an extremely reliable and comfortable car, especially with power steering, it'll drive right around Australia as it is without an issue.
The Cortina keeps up with modern day traffic no problem and because of the power to weight ratio, it is quite economical, 500kms to 50 lts.
What lets it down: a few chips and scratches, it seems to be mostly original paint in good condition, doesnt seem to have had any accidents, the drivers seat has a little tear, and a little of the console plastic has broken off.
It has new tyres on some very rare Cortina S 14" alloys and a new windscreen.
An inspection will not disappoint the Cortina enthusiast. It is not in mint condition but truly above average, it would be difficult to find one as original as this and especially at this price. Sold without a RWC.
