The corvette nameplate is always a popular one, this one ticks all the boxes, Red, V8 Coupe with the targa top.
The vehicle has recently undergone extensive maintenance, including the installation of new front and rear discs, brake pads, and a new brake master cylinder. Additionally, a new sump with a one-piece gasket has been fitted, and the front calipers have been fully reconditioned. A new power induction rubber coupling, a new air cleaner element, and new brake hoses for both the front and rear have also been fitted. The petrol gas cap now features a locking key, and polyurethane boots for the ball joints have been replaced. The turn signal column electrical switch has also been replaced, while the braking system has been thoroughly serviced, with the removal and painting of front rotors, as well as the disassembly and rebuilding of front calipers. The rear brakes have been replaced, with the installation of new rotors and calipers, along with the replacement of rear brake hoses. The engine's underside has been reassembled, fluids topped up, and a new serpentine belt installed after flushing and bleeding the braking system. Finally, the oil intake boot has been repaired, and the sump gasket replaced.
All the hard work is done ready for its next owner. The vehicle is fitted with a modification plate and has been on Victorian club registration (sold unregistered). Excellent opportunity.
