By 1993 the HSV Clubsport had established itself as an entry level Aussie muscle car for those who wanted the bang without paying the huge bucks. HSV's VR Clubsport package fulfilled that goal. With aggressive good looks featuring a deep front apron, solid side-skirts, a prominent rear spoiler, and aggressive five-spoke 17-inch alloy wheels.Under the bonnet, the 5.0-litre V8 was treated to a few HSV tweaks, including a cold-air intake, low-restriction exhaust and some fiddles to the onboard computer.All up, that endowed the car with 185 kW of power and 400 Nm of torque.
