The FPV FG MK2 GT will forever be an Aussie icon and modern
classic. This generation would also unfortunately represent the last of the Ford Performance Vehicle (FPV) range with the later FG-X using FPV parts in the standard models. Only 1,095 of these special models would be produced, with all GT's now utilising the new 5-litre supercharged "Miami" V8 which produced a quoted 335kw, although real life figures are stipulated to be higher than this.

This example would suit a collector looking to pick themselves up a particularly well presented example of the limited Aussie supercharged V8 performance sedan with only 29,012ks on the clock. The vendor has stated that the GT is always garaged with a car cover, and has purposefully only been driven when good weather permits, to avoid rain and wet weather. The car has no leaks what so ever and appears to be in top mechanical order. The original books are included in the sale, as well as a certificate from Ford which has been framed that gives a detailed breakdown of this exact GT. The certificate does note that this GT with its options is one of ten produced in this specification.


Factory options fitted are Decals - FPV Body Stripes and Hood, Satellite navigation, and leather upholstery.
