Ricciardo in Melbourne this week

As part of a special promotion for Infiniti Cars, Ricciardo will appear at an 'On the Couch' event at Emporium Melbourne (Ground Floor, 287 Lonsdale St) on Wednesday 10th December from 12.30pm. Open to the public, this interactive forum will see the Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1 team driver respond to audience questions regarding international success, fame, and his Formula 1 career.

This exclusive event marks Daniel's first return to Melbourne since his debut race for the Infiniti Red Bull Racing F1 team at this year's Australian Grand Prix, and will sign off a stellar season that saw him take three Grand Prix wins and finish the Drivers' Championship third overall behind the dominant Mercedes pair of Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg.

A few lucky members of the public will also have an exclusive opportunity to be personally introduced and have their photo taken with Ricciardo by entering a competition via the Infiniti Cars Australia Facebook page.

Following the December 10 event, Infiniti will also host a number of VIP experiences and exclusive events in the lead up to and during the 2015 Australian F1 Grand Prix in Melbourne.

Born and raised in Perth, Ricciardo is the latest graduate of the Red Bull Junior Team to make it to Formula 1 racing with Infiniti Red Bull Racing. His trio of race wins this season saw him become the fourth Australian to win an international F1 GP, following on from Sir Jack Brabham, Alan Jones and Mark Webber.
