SEVEN82MOTORS’ JUNE AUCTION IS LIVE

SEVEN82MOTORS have opened bidding for one of their biggest auctions ever, with 81 high-quality collectable vehicles consigned, 16 of which are offered with No Reserve.

Held in conjunction with the Cooly Rocks On Festival on 4–8 June that celebrates the cars, music and lifestyle of yesteryear, this SEVEN82MOTORS auction has more cars and more open days, plus cruises to Coolangatta and Surfers Paradise.

Aussie

Prime Aussie classics and customs in the June auction include a genuine XW Falcon GT-HO Phase I that’s being offered with No Reserve, plus an XW Falcon GT-HO Phase II, XY Falcon GT replicas (one with No Reserve), XA and XB Falcon GT sedans, an XA GT hardtop replica, a genuine XC Sundowner panel van (No Reserve), and an FPV 335 GT sedan, to name just a few of the Fords.

Classic and collectable Holdens on offer include an HT Brougham restomod, a beautiful LJ Torana S two-door that’s been tricked-up inside and out, a genuine LJ Torana GTR, a restored and close-to-stock HR Special sedan (No Reserve), HR Premier with an LS1 transplant, HJ and HZ Sandman panel vans, a wild VL Commodore Walkinshaw tribute, HQ SS tribute with a blown 383, genuine HQ Monaro GTS coupe, a chopped and airbagged FC panel van, and three HK Monaros – one of which is rocking a twin turbocharged LSX 427 V8, and is being offered with No Reserve.

American

The mix of classics, muscle, customs and pickups from the USA in this auction includes a Dodge Ram SRT10 ‘Yellow Fever’ Special Edition, a 1968 Dodge Charger R/T finished in rare Frost Green, a super-clean ’54 Chevy Bel Air pillared 2-door sedan, 2015 Corvette Z06, ’55 Chevy Bel Air 2-door in RHD with a 502 Big Block, custom ’67 Chevy C10 pickup (No Reserve), ’69 Camaro 350, ’62 Corvette, a matching numbers ’72 Corvette 454, genuine ’70 Camaro Z28 with RS options, ’64 Impala SS Sports Coupe with a 327, ’67 Chevelle SS, ’62 Chevy Bel Air with the dual quad 409 V8, and more.

There are nine Mustangs in this auction, too, including a genuine ’69 Boss 302, first-year C Code convertible, Pro Touring-spec ’65 fastback with a 460, ’67 Eleanor replica with a 428, restomod ’66 coupe, 2007 Shelby GT500, and a factory S Code GT coupe with a 390 and four-speed manual.

Rare and Unusual

Some odd and uncommon vehicles in this auction include a Roaring Forties GT40 replica with a 5.4lt supercharged Ford V8 and Audi six-speed transaxle, 2018 Mercedes-Benz G-Wagen with a Brabus widebody conversion, heavily modified Gen F HSV Senator that was the LMCT+ Troy Candy giveaway car at Summernats 37 (No Reserve), a genuine XY Fairmont in MS33 ‘South African GT’ spec, ’70 Ford Torino with a 429 Cobra Jet V8, customised ’67 Ford Bronco, ’07 Chevy Silverado short-bed pickup, an Australian-delivered ’63 VW Transporter van, ’64 Buick Skylark, an eye-catching ’28 Ford Model A lakes-style roadster, two other Ford hot rods, and a sleeper-spec ’64 Jaguar MkII with a twin-turbo Toyota 2JZ engine (No Reserve).

Bidding and Open Days

Online bidding for the SEVEN82MOTORS June online auction opened at 4:00PM on Wednesday, 4 June and runs to Sunday, 15 June. The close of bidding - from 4:00PM on the 15th - will be live streamed, kicking off at 3:00PM.

Registered bidders can make inspections at SEVEN82MOTORS’ Gold Coast facility - 2 Palings Court, Nerang - by appointment throughout the auction period, or during the open days.

To accommodate visitors to Cooly Rock On and the sheer scale of the June auction, SEVEN82MOTORS are adding extra open days. Cruises from SEVEN82MOTORS HQ in Nerang to various parts of the region are being held, too.

At the open days, you can enjoy authentic American shakes, sundaes and great coffee at Big Benny’s diner, or grab a beer and some delicious brisket at Fix on 66.
