Extra Information: The Holden LC GTR (1969–1971) is a legendary piece of Australian automotive history. With it’s iconic styling, Aussie motorsport heritage, great community and accessibility to parts it’s easy to see why they remain so popular. This brilliant example is a genuine GTR in Sebring Orange (as per the tags). It’s had an extensive high end restoration and as you can tell from the photos. A great car with all the hard work done. Built at the Pagewood, New South Wales. Delivered to South East Asia as a complete vehicle to a Holden dealership for sale when new. Built as a heater delete model for Asian market. Now fitted with after market 2 speed heater/demister to be Australian compliant.
Factory Spec: Sebring Orange paint with Black interior. ID Tags never removed show it is has a Rare BVR option = Black Vinyl Roof, and previous owner chose not to refit after recent restoration completed in February 2026.
Body & Paint. Full body and paint restoration in original Sebring Orange and factory GTR blackouts and optioned stripe decor kit. Underside stripped and repainted black. New Chrome bumpers, new badges, polished mouldings. Rechromed grille and headlight surrounds. New headlights, indicators, taillight lenses & wiper arms. New front and rear windows, door seals and window seals.
Mechanical. Engine swapped to stock 202 Red Motor with extractors, 186S manifold, and 350 Holley carburettor. New spark plugs, leads, points, cap, etc. and recently serviced. Fitted with 4-speed Aussie gearbox, new clutch, and fitted with a Rod Shop hydraulic master cylinder kit. Tail shaft balanced with new universal joints. New Front and rear brakes: rotors, pads, shoes, wheel cylinders, brake lines, master cylinder and booster. New ball joints, bushes, bump stops, shock absorbers and control arm bushes plus a reconditioned rack and pinion steering unit.
Full interior retrim including brand new console, steering wheel and new compliant seat belts. Wheels sandblasted, powder coated, fitted with new tyres, reproduction dress trims and caps. Roadworthy certificate completed 12th March 2026.
