Veteran Vintage. Very rare vehicle originally located in South Australia Very difficult decision to let go but doing so due to health reasons. Note: The vehicle will be dummy refitted for purchaser i.e. mechanicals in correct place but minus new gaskets etc. History Notes/Info: * The Enfield companies origins go back to 1851 * The Enfield Autocar company was set up March 1st 1906. * Adelaide built body by TJ Richards & Sons body and likely to be one of if not the first car body to be built by them. * The car has a unique compressed air starter i.e. not just a crank handle! * Detachable wheels similar to MG etc * Brass lights etc worth $5k alone * I have collected numerous documentation including originals etc plus collected many of the missing parts etc * The body has only surface rust i.e. no holes etc Work completed: * Chassis * Rear differential completely rebuilt with new bearings etc * Motor completely refurbished but still have to fully reassemble.
