1966 Austin Healey BJ8 MKIII 3000 “Beautiful Restoration”.
The BJ8, or Mk III, was the final evolution of the Austin Healey 3000. It’s considered by many to be the most refined and luxurious of the Big Healeys. The Mk III saw the introduction of more luxurious interior features like the burr walnut dash and one-touch convertible top. The engine was a 2.9-liter inline-six, producing 150 horsepower, a significant upgrade from earlier models. This provided a noticeable increase in performance, allowing the car to reach 60 mph in under 9 seconds and a top speed around 195 kph.
