Owned since 2003. Garaged since 2006. 179, Aussie 4 speed, 308 diff, Genie headers. Reupholstered Premier interior including centre console, door cards and heater (small repairable tear in driver's seat). Fair bit of Premier trim to go with it as per photos. Rebuilt stock carb, starts very easily. Drum brakes stop fine but need going over. Would not take much to make it a $40k+ car. Just needs a bit of work on the brakes and suspension (can get a front suspension kit from Rare Spares for about $700) and cosmetic issues taken care of. Tyres are old but hold air. Minor oil leaks around rear seal and oil pump. Radiator will need replacing (leaks approx. 1 litre per hour). Suspect it's had same drive train a long time. Shifts well. Has the period correct HD front bar and straight cut timing gears. Have given driver's side a rough polish and it came up alright. Pretty straight except for the passenger side guard and bonnet as per photos. Panel gaps need attention. Patina on roof and boot. Rust situation pretty good.
