1968 Ford Thunderbird 2 door Hardtop was purchased in 2008 and has full South Australian registration and compliance certificate for L.H. Drive vehicle, no log book required. The paint work is not good but no rust. Mechanically has had a full rebuild of Engine, Transmission, Brakes, Differential and suspension in 2010 and drives great. Every thing works as it should. The engine is a Ford 429c.u. Thunderjet with a C6 Transmission and 9 3/8 conventional Diff. This is a matching numbers car and with the only modification being the replacement of the Autolite 4300 Carburetor with a Holley 600.The Autolite that came on the car is included. This car has only done 5,000ks since rebuild. It comes with a lot of spare parts ranging from a Full new exhaust system to electrical switches, relays, New Head bolts and just about everything else that fits these cars if required.
