It doesn't get much better than a 1969 Dodge Charger that has been stuffed with a 440 big block, 4-wheel disc brakes, vintage A/C and power steering. There's not much that you can improve on there, short of turning it into one of the most easily recognized and iconic TV cars of all time - The General Lee.
