Just arrived - Very few can turn heads like this 1971 Chevrolet Corvette C3 Stingray. An iconic piece of American muscle car history, the C3 has to be one of the most well-known Chevys out there. Stylish, sleek, anything but subtle, these cars are a beautiful classic that are lots of fun on the road. The 1971 models saw a few changes from their earlier siblings, including redesigned seats and a larger, rectangular exhaust. Released at the peak of the muscle car wars, the C3 was available with multiple V8 options, most notably the 454 big block. This C3 in particular features a Chevrolet 'Turbo-jet' 365hp LS5 454cu (7.4L) big block motor, because what's a muscle car without its muscle? The motors are well known for their strong performance and reliability. This is paired with a 3-speed automatic transmission. The C3 was imported in 2004 by Joe's Golden Gasoline in Parafield and later purchased by the current owner in 2015. Finished in stunning Ontario orange with a removable T-top roof, the C3 presents very nicely for its age, and those chrome bumpers are a beautiful feature. It comes with a small file and is currently registered under left-hand drive exemption here in SA. This C3 is a gorgeous American cruiser that would make a wonderful club car for the muscle car enthusiast.
