Offered for sale is my 1971 Ford Escort Mk1 4-door, a genuine low-mileage survivor with excellent provenance and increasing rarity. Originally sold new to medical practitioner Mrs Jessie Jean Fuller of Nunawading by Alan Coffey Motors, Ringwood, this Escort was first registered on 30 August 1971 (Reg No. KZL-238). Her ownership is documented in the original dealer wallet and owner’s manual, which remain with the vehicle today. The car has remained in careful ownership and is believed to have travelled less than 30,000 miles from new. Provenance & Originality The car retains its original Alan Coffey Motors document wallet, containing: • Original service booklet • Owner’s handbook • Original reinforced cardboard key tag displaying stock number 3306 Remarkably, the original dealer stock number remains hand-written on the underside of the bonnet, an exceptionally rare survivor detail.
