1972 Chevrolet El Camino SS 350SB/TH350/12Bolt Power Steer and A/C Just landed in Brisbane We picked this one up at a deceased estate sale in Hesperia CA as we were heading for LAX for a flight home. It was just too much of a magnificent example to leave it alone. It was owned by a true old school Hotrodder and was pretty much his daily and pride and joy in later life and there is absolutely nothing on the Elko that requires attention. IMO this is one of the best 50+ year old cars I have ever driven. It has remarkably survived all previous attempts for undergoing serious modification in any way and therefore remains exactly how it was delivered in 1972 just as the factory intended. It starts drives stops and handles perfectly and it’s actually a tough gig offering it up here today. The underbelly mirrors the condition of the photos already on offer.
