This extremely low klm F250 Dually was specially ordered by the Qld Fire Service. Powered by the iconic 300 Cubic-Inch Canadian Six engineered for pure unadulterated work. With tractor like torque the long stroke engine has massive low end grunt with its peak torque early in the rev range. Built with a heavy duty cast iron block and 7 bearing bottom end with gear driven timing these motors were designed to outlast the very frame they were bolted to. Known throughout the truck world as one of the most indestructible petrol engines ever designed and built. Full tread 7.50 R16 LT radial tyres mounted on sandblasted and epoxied original wheels. LED taillights. The unfinished 4mm plate alloy tray allows you to configure it exactly the way that suits your needs. Original floor mat. Re-upholstered original bench seat. Good glass. PTO still in place from the Fire Service pump. Indestructible Dana 70 diff. 4 wheels drum brakes fully reconditioned. 4 speed manual. Twin I beam front suspension. The front clip was removed repaired and repainted while the rest of the cab received a close door style respray around 5 years ago. The GVM is 4.082 tonne. Minor rust in cab seams, door bottom corners and roof gutter. All electrics, lighting and instruments etc in working order. Retractable lap sash seatbelts.
