Complete restoration carried out, shell grit blasted, any rust cut out and welded, finished in original
Moonstone Blue color, rustproofed. Underside sprayed with Wurths underbody sealant, all channels filled with Tectyl.
Very low km YBT engine stripped and rebuilt by Bryan Schuster. Head ported and polished. Gearbox rebuilt.
Motec engine control system, all new sensors, injectors wiring etc. Motec mini dash display, variable
boost control all at a cost of $8K+.
Koni adjustable shocks, reset springs, Wolfrace wheels, 3 inch exhaust.
Alloy radiator, large intercooler, header tank and catch tank. Ceramic clutch. Slotted discs, new
greenstuff pads
Bolt-in cage included.
Not a concours car, but very little to do to make either a great Targa rally type car, replica Group A or just a great competitive car for sprints, hillclimbs etc., or just as a unique fast road car.
Most models of this car coming from the UK will have rust problems, that has been removed in this car and properly repaired.
