Needs a new battery and engine has a noise, needs a repair but still drives ok. Has a replacement transmission, new rear main seal, new transmission oil and new fuel pump assembly. Has some cosmetic imperfections with paint flaking on bumpers and rear 1/4. There's a folder full of receipts showing many thousands of dollars of maintenance spent on the car over the years.
